Regirock is back, it’s shiny, and it learns Earthquake! So what does that mean for you? For PvE, absolutely nothing, there are too many easy to get options for that. For PvP? It’s a nice coverage move, but Regirock mostly sees play in those limited cups, you can’t get a great league Regi in these raids, so it’s only for ultra league without an elite TM. If you’re a PvP kinda trainer, you will want a few to trade with your crazy PvP friends just in case, the rest of us will probably just want a shiny rock.

What to use? Yeah.. fighters are here, imagine that. Metagross is also just a solid raid pokemon, get one however you can, you will use it. Dialga and Garchomp are easy to trade for if you look around, you got this.
